Art Club Update!

Over the past few weeks, our art club has been diving into the world of textured abstract art .We explored how art isn’t just about being the best drawer or the neatest painter — it’s about expression, experimentation, and having fun!

Week 1: We created our textured backgrounds using sand, then added white paint to build contrast.

Week 2: We designed bold shapes that stood out against our splattered, textured backgrounds.

Week 3: We used masking tape to plan where our gold paint would go, then added splashes of vibrant colours to create unique patterns.

We absolutely loved seeing the incredible and one-of-a-kind patterns that emerged from everyone’s paint splashes!
