The children began by tasting a range of existing apple pies to explore flavours and textures before designing their own creations. They then got hands-on, carefully chopping their apple filling, moulding their pastry cases, and spooning in the delicious stewed mixture.

To finish, everyone enjoyed tasting their hard work.
