Yesterday, the year six children enjoyed a Victorian themed day. They all dressed as Victorian children and were treated to a school lesson, complete with the dunce’s cap and slates to write on. Two volunteers from the Black County Museum kindly visited Blakeley, bringing with them Victorian toys, games and even cake. In the afternoon, the children did some traditional arts and crafts. A wonderful day was had by all. Many thanks to Mrs Horton, Pauline and Tony.
